Managing Director: Edwin Hilary Nkwanga, holds MPA in Human Resources Management from Mzumbe University, Tanzania, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya. His qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Public Administration from IDM-Mzumbe, an International Certificate in Project Planning and management from ISAE Brazil, and a Certificate in Advocacy in Reproductive Health from the Centre for Family Planning, Lome, Togo. He has undergone various short courses ranging from Research, Proposal Writing, Consultancy Skills, Supervisory Management skills, Financial Management skills, CBET, Biblical Theological Foundations, Leadership, and Gender Perspectives of new labour law (ELRA No. 6 of 2004).
Experience: He worked as Training and Development Officer at The Ministry of State (PO, Good Governance) in Zanzibar, then transferred to a Human Resources Officer role at The State University of Zanzibar. He also served as Assistant Lecturer at MNMA,IFM and College Principal at Azania College of Management. Also he held CEO positions at TNCHF and CHeFA - East Africa. In business consulting and mentoring activities, He worked with USAID as Rufiji DC council mentor. He worked with The Mwalimu Nyerere Foundation as Chief of Finance, Administration, and Human Resource. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Jilo Group Company Limited.
